A divorce can be one of the most difficult experiences of your life. For more than 20 years, I have traveled that difficult path with clients or was responsible as a Domestic Relations Court Magistrate for making decisions that effected the lives of litigants.

My philosophy is to work towards an amicable settlement taking into account each client's unique needs, goals and objectives. I therefore endorse alternate dispute resolution techniques such as mediation with the purpose of empowering my client to take an active role in settling their case rather than having the judge issue a decision.
